Data Mining is a tool for searching your PCSchool database. Generally there are reports and other options that should allow you to intuitively find the information that you’re looking for, but sometimes you need to find something unusual and specific. An example might be trying to find out what students’ religions are, in a specific subject-class. For those that have used VDF Query in PCSchool “Back Office,” Data Mining is its replacement and is modelled after it, though Data Mining has some added options and is significantly faster.
