Booking a Resource
With the “Resource Booking” module, staff can view school resources such as classrooms, school vehicles, audio visual equipment etc and book that resource for a period of time. Timetabled rooms are automatically booked when scheduled for a class. Rules excluding the availability during set times/days can be set for a resource category, allowing some resources to be booked only in the weekend for example. Resources can also be booked by school members or outside parties (such as an organisation wanting to use the school hall for a function) with the ability to collect a deposit and hire fees via the on-line payment portal.
